Trace Engineers conduct on-site electrical safety and preventive maintenance inspections on paitent care equipment including, but not limited to, medical lasers, infant incubators and defibrillators. Service contracts are avaliable for facilities that wish to lock-in prefered pricing for a full year.

On-Site & Depot Repairs
Trace technicians work over a territory spanning Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. Our client base often requires that engineers perform their repairs in the field, on location. Sometimes a repair becomes so involved, the equipment needs to be brought to the shop. However, this accounts for less then 10% of the repairs that Trace performs. Each technician carries a set of hand tools and basic test equipment in thier vehicle.

Laser Safety Classes
The state of IL requires that facilities utilizing lasers implement a laser safety program along with annual review of laser safety. Twice a year, Trace offers a laser safety class reviewing biophysics, tissue effects, laser safety and regulatory concerns.
